Posting. My stovetop and oven quit working over the weekend. I sent in a work order Saturday. I called out Manager Julie, she told me she would have maintainance come after lunch, that had been well over an hour, so I went into the office. Had the unfortunate experience of Mr. I am the regional manager, that is not how it works when I said to Julie, we are not going get into a part needs to be ordered situation. Mr...... Then here comes our maintenance team with a brand new working stove/oven!!! Julie you and your team are absolute bosses. Not your fault you have a pissy "regional manager". Well done all three of you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!!

You knocked this out of the ballpark. I was totally concerned that the replacement wouldn't be able to accommodate my king size bedding and you did good. Thank you.

They were very nice, considerate and understanding. With all of the materials required, the process went swimmingly. My only issue was that they took a little long installing blinds and the internet coax cable wasn't very visible

I had just moved in and I had no water in the kitchen. Maintenance came immediately. There was also no power to my stove and they turned the breaker back on. They were fast and courteous.

The only reason I put 4 stars. Is the management company that had control when I first moved in. To put it nicely. They were a joke. The complex became the complex I wanted when I first moved there. The new management, handles the property amazingly.

I was looking for my first apartment and ended up applying here. I had no idea what I was doing and the staff, particularly Kayla, was incredibly helpful. She helped me through every step and indulged me and my countless emails asking stupid questions. The complex was great and the units were renovated with brand new appliances and wood laminate floor throughout, no carpet at all. I could not recommend this place enough. If you are even remotely interested, reach out and ask for Kayla and she will help you through it.

I love the environment the complex is in, very friendly staff, maintenance is always on top of requests and don't keep me waiting years and years to complete any tickets. Gisselle(sorry if i butchered the name) always been wonderful, super efficient and nice. Give that girl a RAISEEEE because she's awesome. never had any troubles, been here going on 2 years almost and i have nothing bad to say at all, great place, QT, Sprouts, Ross, Car Wash, everything you could want and need is literally within walking distance honestly. i love it here.

I went on a tour to get some pricing and floor plan styles so I know what to look for. I went on a tour with Avalon and the guy on the phone was really nice and gave me pricing and when I went on a tour it was really pretty and I loved the open concept. I’ll definitely have them in consideration I like how the asian girl with glasses (forgot her name) gave me all the info I needed and was real when I am looking in July definitely would give you guys a call!

Just moved into Avalon about a month ago, I have had nothing but a great experience. It appears it was bought not too long ago, and they have really cleaned the place up. It is a super pet friendly community, and they have an awesome dog park for pups to run around during the day. And it's clean!! The maintenance crew is wonderful, and everything we have needed fixed is completed in a timely manner. Awesome location close to Sprouts and Starbucks. Jeffrey and Gissel are so helpful and friendly. I would recommend living here to anyone looking in this area!

Its been a month since I live in this community and all I can say is I enjoy and I am satisfied with this place. Staff are helpful. They will response right away. Plus the fact that Avalon have an online website for residents, you can easily communicate with them. My kids enjoy playing in the grill area while waiting for the bbq to be cooked. And can't wait for summer to try the pool. It looks nice.

Management is amazing. Very understanding and helpful. Very diligent in answering questions or concerns. Anything that I may need for my apartment has always been handled in a timely matter. They have shown me that I'm more than just a tenant and have done so time and time again through their actions and words. Three years and still content.

I have live here for over a year. It's all good! Beautiful apt complex in central phoenix. Well kept living environment. Property manager Daniel stays on his game when it comes to meeting residents needs, I have never had a problem when it comes to addressing any issues with the community as a whole. Maintainance issues are addressed upon request. Ashlee the leasing agent in the office has a personality that's contagious. She does everything in her power to keep us all satisfied. The ideal world is not a perfect place but the team at avalon strives for perfection to meet the needs of their residents. Come on in y'all! Great living enviroment.

Excellent management as of 10/2017. They work diligently at improving the community and complex. Newly updated apartments have large beautiful kitchen and large walk-in closets. Grounds well kept and friendly /helpful staff.
