Just moved into Avalon about a month ago, I have had nothing but a great experience. It appears it was bought not too long ago, and they have really cleaned the place up. It is a super pet friendly community, and they have an awesome dog park for pups to run around during the day. And it's clean!!

Its been a month since I live in this community and all I can say is I enjoy and I am satisfied with this place. Staff are helpful. They will response right away. Plus the fact that Avalon have an online website for residents, you can easily communicate with them.
