Avalon is a pet friendly community that allows 2 pets per home.

All items are per pet:
  • $35 Pet Rent (per month)
  • $150 Pet Deposit (one time)
  • $250 *Pet Fee (one time)

*Pet fees include registration of all K-9 residents with Poo Prints DNA Database.
