Beautiful and spacious apartment with so many amenities, same day, and sometimes same hour maintenance work order completions. Julie is a top notch manager that's not only curtious and professional but also the type of person that looks for solutions and is open to win/win results. Her staff 5*'s all day long! Julie and Khalif were great at trying to get me in my new place. They were very helpful and pleasant and consistent on everything they told me. The community seems nice I'm just getting here but so far I feel like I am home. Come to the Avalon it's very nice and management is vert helpful.

Today was such a great day all made possible by our manager Julie she did a great job she’s done a great job around apartment building. I have no complaints about anything, if there’s a problem in my unit is fixed and in good time!!
