Unfortunately, my experience living at this apartment has been extremely disappointing. I have lived in several apartments over the years, and this has by far been the worst experience Iâve had.
I have dealt with ongoing maintenance issues that have not been properly resolved, despite bringing them to managementâs attention. On top of that, I have experienced charges that I believe are incorrect and excessive, including unusually high utility charges that I have had to repeatedly question and dispute.
What makes the situation even more frustrating is the lack of communication and follow-through. When you pay your rent on time and expect basic maintenance and accurate billing, you should not have to constantly chase management for answers or solutions.
Based on my personal experience, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere before choosing this property. I would not recommend living here and would encourage prospective residents to thoroughly research the property and read recent reviews before signing a lease.
