My brother died by suicide in these apartments and they refused a wellness check we even called the cops and they did nothing. They also lied about my sister not being on files so she could check on him. he was there a whole day in his apartment until my younger sibling decided to climb a ladder up the 3rd floor to his apartment. I do not recommend these apartments they are expensive and do not care about the ones living there. My brother was only 28. LLR 🕊️

The apartments are decent but staff is not very helpful. Especially the manager Julie. Even when I was living there you couldn’t get a call back. And if you went to the office you’d be kept waiting. Apparently she was training her staff to do the same

So called completed repair work. Context. That was 7 days ago. I'd had water leaking down my ceiling from the AC the night before. I had a guy who doesn't speak English (no big deal as long as you know how to do the job). 1st clue there might be a problem, he proceeded to pull that light fixture down fully hot, i.e. he didn't even turn the light off, but unscrewed it, then just pulled it off!!! Tripped my breakers, which he should have turned off prior. Then he tried to work with his phone light in one hand and a scraper in his other hand, then proceeded to wash the paint scrapings down my sink, (yes, he didn't put anything over my sink, basic 101). I used Google translate, but I pretty sure he couldn't read (again no shame in that), he just stared at my phone after I bought a lamp from my bedroom so he could see better. Enter "I don't speak English #2". Proceeded to mud that up, take pictures, "bye" and left. I reached out to management here via the website portal that only has positive reviews. No answer at all. So.... Just mudded it up with no plan to come sand that? And repaint? I have been here 8.5 years, which means the whole bathroom area will have to be repainted to keep the color the same. We shall see what happens.

Julie and Khalif were great at trying to get me in my new place. They were very helpful and pleasant and consistent on everything they told me. The community seems nice I'm just getting here but so far I feel like I am home. Come to the Avalon it's very nice and management is vert helpful.

Today was such a great day all made possible by our manager Julie she did a great job she’s done a great job around apartment building. I have no complaints about anything, if there’s a problem in my unit is fixed and in good time!!
