People please do NOT be fooled by these fictitious pictures. No oneâs apartment looks like this. I can GUARANTEE you that. Ask any current resident living there if their apartment or anyone elseâs look like either of these pictures. Iâm not sure where they got these pics from but NOBODYâS look like this. I can honestly say there is a serious roach infestation here. Itâs quite sickening. But there are people who are used to living in these conditions who are ok with it. I will say Julie at the office is a very genuine person. She really tries to help as much as she can.

I use live in #112, filthy of roaches no hot water they charge for amenities unheard of. It was a lot of trafficking going on. I asked for my invoices and was not given to me to find if it was legit what they were charging for. The dishwasher also very bad odor a lot of plumbing issues. I hope people really read our reviews and donât get lured into this rental property instead look for something better.

Posting. My stovetop and oven quit working over the weekend. I sent in a work order Saturday. I called out Manager Julie, she told me she would have maintainance come after lunch, that had been well over an hour, so I went into the office. Had the unfortunate experience of Mr. I am the regional manager, that is not how it works when I said to Julie, we are not going get into a part needs to be ordered situation. Mr...... Then here comes our maintenance team with a brand new working stove/oven!!! Julie you and your team are absolute bosses. Not your fault you have a pissy "regional manager". Well done all three of you. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you!!!!
