Donât walk. RUN AWAY from this place⦠I could write an entire book on this place⦠new ownership and management are aweful⦠they are raising the rents to just get subsidized housing in. Thereâs no screening of tenants, drug use, broken locks / rocks stuffed inside, cigarette buds and smoke everywhere. They are asking 2000 dollars for for an 800 sq ft 2 bedroom apartment! (Advertise 1000sq ft) Itâs turned into housing projects! There are very few working class families remaining and the utility bills and hidden charges are ridiculous! 28 dollars for the gas bill, when asked what gas the response was the grills (they donât even get used!) 14 dollar amazon locker fee, 14 dollars for solar panels but you still get an electric bill for 200 dollars! Itâs also shared utilities which is definitely illegal! One unit has over 10 people living in it and constantly running the appliances, Iâve seen people come over with baskets of laundry!⦠there was attempted arson and chemicals splashed on multiple neighbors doors⦠AMC management is horribleeee! They do nothing to correct issues, they just want tenants who wonât complain or donât care⦠they also airbnb units out, and they said they stopped but they blatantly lied! Be very cautious with this place!!!!
