Avoid this place if you can. There are always plumbing issues. I recently moved out after two years and the new management (been there for about a year so far) does not seem to take current tenants seriously regarding maintenance. They look at the issues, and make plans to correct them which can take a while or never happens. Also, the place is too pricey for what you actually get.

Don't move here this is the Worst place ever Period. The management is unprofessional. AC don't work. The service is worst. They keep the building looking good every month from the outside while Painting it and making it look new. but inside it has major and serious issues. There is theft going on in this property all the time. And when you inform them they say their CCTV camera don't work. I have had somebody break into my car and stole my credit cards and other stuff. I had my dirt bike stolen from the parking. It has happened to me twice not once. Their lights don't work in the apartment the laundry never works. They keep changing your parking without letting you know. I have been living here for more then 8 years. Their rent for 2 bed 2 bath is close to 2000$ PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE Always no water Always construction going on The laundry never works Strangers walking around the parking lot all the time. Even after paying for covered parking you will have construction people park on your place or cover the drive way. ALWAYS SOMETHING GOING ON ALWAYS NEW MANAGEMENT

Don't move here: I've only been here for 3 months, at first I was statisfied but here are my experiences: I cleaned the apartment and the paint chips off the floor myself, I am still owed money for prorated rent, both my toilets have been running for 2 months straight since they "repaired" pipes, my air conditioning doesn't work, the charges are always different, roaches, dirty sidewalks that never get cleaned,....etc etc etc. And nobody EVER writes you back or shows up to fix anything.

UPDATE: Theft & Constant Strangers present In the last 2 months, my fiance's catalytic converter was stolen then all of his tools from car. Management has heard complaints about lack of lighting or working security cameras and has done nothing. It has also turned into a Air Bnb. There is a constant flow of strangers walking around which I'm sure has contributed to the theft increasing. Thry have caused disturbances and even cat calling me. I feel so unsafe here and am grateful my lease is up. Rent is also always between $1500 and $1600 despite us being told utilities are closer to only an extra '100 during cold months SCAM.

This is really nice area but please go somewhere else they Never answer if u need something do you have to go three or four times to the office for any things you need they always say they gonna sent somebody never show up for the last three months never water during the day And the rental is ridiculous please no no no no In one month I have to go four times to the office to get little things done

We've lived for more than ten years are more, had no problematic with management. Then new management took over and they are not renewing lease leae our lease. We had our problems with A/C.

I've beer here for about 6 years different management so i had a mini fire in my apartment sprinkles come on a Phoenix Fire Department come rip out the toilet and some contractors can in to dry the floor the a new management team took over and had no idea what's going on as of today my carpet has not been put back the the new management was not told anything im g

They were very nice, considerate and understanding. With all of the materials required, the process went swimmingly. My only issue was that they took a little long installing blinds and the internet coax cable wasn't very visible

CONSTANT CONSTRUCTION. If you are looking for a calm place, especially if you work from home then please choose elsewhere. They are in the midst of serious remodeling and the sounds of the tools and workers shouting seriously disturbs ones day. We share utilities and sadly management has said nothing about reducing our utility cost to offset the constant power tools being used. The presence of roaches happened pretty fast as well. The front office workers are really nice and understanding so it is unfortunate that these issues are occurring but you should be aware in order to make the best choice for yourself.
