DONT DO IT. Roaches, CONSTANT water being shut off, A/C broken just as often, Washers & Driers constantly break down,walls are paper thin you can hear EVERYTHING around you. Rent is ridiculous when all of these issues are happening. I have only been here for 8 months and I can't wait for my lease to be over in February I will be leaving.

The new management here is getting stuff done! They are quick to answer a call/email and respond to maintenance requests efficiently! The updates they are making are helping to bring our community to the next level & they are quick to inform residents when changes are being made.

I had just moved in and I had no water in the kitchen. Maintenance came immediately. There was also no power to my stove and they turned the breaker back on. They were fast and courteous.

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The apartments still have horrible bug problems itâs ridiculous I honestly believe that the good reviews are fake

The only reason I put 4 stars. Is the management company that had control when I first moved in. To put it nicely. They were a joke. The complex became the complex I wanted when I first moved there. The new management, handles the property amazingly.

I was looking for my first apartment and ended up applying here. I had no idea what I was doing and the staff, particularly Kayla, was incredibly helpful. She helped me through every step and indulged me and my countless emails asking stupid questions. The complex was great and the units were renovated with brand new appliances and wood laminate floor throughout, no carpet at all. I could not recommend this place enough. If you are even remotely interested, reach out and ask for Kayla and she will help you through it.
